Scope of application
The following provisions apply to orders placed via the Blütengold online shop within Switzerland.
Right of return (Switzerland)
In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
However, Blütengold voluntarily grants a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Conditions for returns
A return is only possible if all of the following conditions are met:
The goods are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
The original packaging is undamaged
The return is made within 14 days of receiving the order
For hygienic and health protection reasons, opened or unsealed products are excluded from return.

The costs for returns within Switzerland shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount:
• using the same payment method used for the order
• within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.
